If your email receipt was sent to an email address that is NOT the one connected to your Expensify account, you must forward the email receipt to that email address first. If you send the receipt to Expensify from a different email address, it will not be applied to your account. If you’re using Gmail, click or tap the three dots at the top-right corner of the message and select Forward. If you’re using the Outlook desktop app, open the message and click the Forward message in the toolbar. If you’re using Outlook. com or the Outlook mobile app, click or tap Forward at the bottom of the message. In the Apple Mail app on a Mac, hover the mouse cursor over the message header (the top of the message) and click the arrow pointing to the right. If you’re using the app on an iPhone or iPad, tap that right-pointing arrow at the bottom.
You can attach multiple results to a single email, but try to keep your attachments to 10 or fewer.
